Return to your body’s innate power and wisdom and experience peace with food.
A proven, evidence-based, self-paced, step-by-step experience for question-askers and truth-seekers who desire a fulfilling, spiritual, and awe-inspiring relationship with food and body.
Once upon a time, your body knew exactly what fuel it needed to sustain you…
It knew when you were hungry and when you were full, and you just ate… or maybe, you cried so someone could feed you, and then you just ate.
There were no rules, no good or bad foods. You just intuitively craved the nutrition you needed, and any food choice that made your body feel good was a beautiful one.
Once upon a time, and yes, maybe it was very long ago as an infant… you were in awe of your body and all that it could do. Despite how you may feel about it now, back then, each new step or movement or skill you picked up was a celebration.
Your body moved for the sake of movement, however that looked given your physical abilities. Movement was a source of learning, joy, play, exhilaration, strength, endurance, community, and possibility.
There was no exercising to manipulate your body size. No movement needed to earn more calories. Once upon a time, movement was not intended as a form of punishment for “bad” food choices.
It was just what you did and how you lived.
Somewhere along the way… diet culture disrupted your natural relationship with food. But thankfully, you can restore it. And you deserve to restore it.
You deserve to return to a peaceful, awe-inspiring, and fulfilling way of being with food and your body. And that’s possible for you.
"Our goal should be to live life in radical amazement. ….get up in the morning and look at the world in a way that takes nothing for granted. Everything is phenomenal; everything is incredible; never treat life casually. To be spiritual is to be amazed."― Abraham Joshua Heschel
“Six months ago, I would have never thought I’d be where I am today; in this place of harmony with my body. I genuinely feel lighter, happier, and more connected after doing this work. This program changed not only my relationship with food and my body but also my relationship to what I embody and how I live my life; I truly have become attuned to my authentic self and my intuition. My perspective and opinion of myself have improved drastically and my life has just gotten better since being in this program. Thank you, Leah, for changing my life!”

Now I recognize this might seem so far from your current reality, but can you take a second and imagine if you could:
Enjoy life, unburdened by obsessive food thoughts
Go about your day without constantly thinking about “how good” you’re being and letting that dictate your mood
Never binge again because you know how to eat when you’re hungry and stop when full
Eat what you want when you want without worrying if you’re eating the “wrong” thing or damaging your body in some way
Start to naturally crave more nutrient-dense foods
Feel zero guilt about eating foods with little nutritional value because you honor that they have other value for you
Take the math equations and mental gymnastics out of eating decisions and simply eat what is most satisfying to you
Live a more peaceful, aligned, fulfilling, and nourishing life as you stop missing out on important people, places, or events due to fears about food
Even if it’s still a little hard to imagine, you must intuitively know that something better is waiting for you…
Or you wouldn’t be here right now reading this page.
You wouldn’t be doing things like following every Intuitive Eating dietitian you can find on Instagram. Or buying the Intuitive Eating book and trying to work your way through it.
You wouldn’t be researching the science and evidence behind Intuitive Eating principles and trying to figure out how to apply them to your life.
You probably wouldn’t care about listening to the Intuitive Eating and body positive podcasts so much.
Whether you realize it or not, the fact that you’ve been contemplating Intuitive Eating for a while tells me that you know diet culture doesn’t work for you anymore.
Because it’s not aligned with your values and because dieting is no longer your truth.
But also, because more than likely, you also intuitively feel that you’re not experiencing life to the fullest because of your current relationship with food.
You probably look around and see other people living life with more joy, more awe, more fulfillment, and you have a deep sense of knowing that this is waiting for you.
And the fact that you’re here tells me that your body already knows what it needs — it needs you to return to your innate power and wisdom and experience peace with food.
Your body is a magical vessel, and it’s time to come home to it.
"And I said to my body, softly, ‘I want to be your friend.’ It took a long breath. And replied, `I have been waiting my whole life for this.'"
“Before this program, I felt failure and disappointment for spending so much time, energy, and money stuck in a cycle built on restriction, fear, and distrust. I was hoping to gain a sense of peace and trust around my relationship with food. Little did I know I would also be coming to terms with a deeper peace and trust in my relationship with myself, my emotions, and my identity. Food has become something I associate with care, nourishment, and enjoyment, rather than an association with anxiety and shame. Nourishment and nutrition are finally simple. And I was the determinant of that. That feels pretty amazing.I have learned to better identify my emotions, how my body experiences these emotions, and how I can listen to and learn from my body to tell me how I feel, what I need, and ultimately build a relationship of trust with myself. Building this relationship of trust with food has extended into trusting and validating my greater emotions, feelings, and values and putting these into practice in my mindset and relationships - most importantly with myself. Your relationship with food is one of, if not the most core relationships you can cultivate to learn to trust and feel at peace and at home in your own skin. Doing this work opens the door to coming home.”
— Sofie S.
I’m also a truth-seeker who has overcome my own intense struggles with food and my body… so I can’t help but wonder if you might be thinking something like:
Clearly, Intuitive Eating works for other people; I see them all over social media… but I just don’t think it will work for me. My relationship with food is too far gone.
All right, all right. Maybe Intuitive Eating will work for me too. But now is just not the right time… not to mention, I don’t think I’m struggling enough to warrant getting help.
Even if my current reality is unbearable, I’ve been duped by diet culture before… how do I know that Intuitive Eating is any different?
I’d like to lovingly share with you that though your fear of Intuitive Eating not working for you is 100% valid, you aren’t special. (Well, you are in that you’re an incredible human, but not in the sense that you would be the exception in terms of Intuitive Eating).
Provided that food insecurity is not an issue you have to navigate, with the right tools and support, Intuitive eating can work for anyone who struggles with their relationship with food. You are not a unicorn and you are not the exception.
Intuitive Eating is rooted in science and evidence, the same science and evidence that consistently shows that diets don’t work.
Speaking of diets, dieting and disordered eating are not only normalized but praised in our culture. This can make it very difficult to validate your struggles with food and body.
I am here to tell you that you do not need an official diagnosis or to hit some rock bottom moment to warrant getting help.
If your relationship with food is getting in the way of you experiencing life fully, you deserve support and you deserve it now.
There’s no magical moment or perfect time, there’s only now. And if you want now to feel more peaceful, aligned, fulfilling, and nourishing… then keep reading.
Intuitive Eating is your birthright. If diets didn’t exist, Intuitive Eating would simply be called eating. — My humble words, inspired by the incredible work of Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch, the co-authors of Intuitive Eating
Introducing The Return, a proven, evidence-based, self-paced, step-by-step experience for thinkers and truth-seekers who desire a fulfilling, spiritual, and awe-inspiring relationship with food and body.
It’s time to stop missing out on life, declining invitations or attending but not being present enough to enjoy the festivities, distracted by a constant inner monologue of negative food and body thoughts.
Now is the time to stop going through the motions, so you can live a life of intention instead.

It’s your opportunity to break the inherited chain of dieting, body shame, and restriction in your family system, for you and anyone that might look up to you.
Now, it’s time to go back to living by YOUR values and your truth, not the one handed to you by diet culture.
It’s time to return… to your innate power and wisdom and to your most authentic self. It’s time to experience peace with food.
“I used to obsess over calories and ‘earning’ my food and I’d weigh myself constantly. I’d exercise too much and spend so much time hating my body. I was exhausted. I frequently left meals with friends feeling sick and like I didn’t engage with them enough because I was so distracted by stomach aches and feelings of guilt. Now, I make my body a priority and trust her to tell me what she needs, when she needs energy and fuel and when she has had enough. There is no more guilt. There is only gratitude. I am now energetic and my best-loving self. Much of my body image baggage and food obsession has been lifted, and it’s really been the best thing for me. I didn’t realize how I wasn’t able to fully show up in life before doing this program. Now, I am able to be present with those I love, enjoy flavors, and pay attention to my food with my friends. I certainly find myself laughing much more. Leah showed me a beautiful light in this program, and I’m so happy I took it.”

Experience The Return
Here's a closer look at the step-by-step curriculum in The Return:
Module 1: Honor Your Complex History
You were not born obsessing about calories or thinking about foods in terms of “good” and “bad.” Before you can return to that state of being, and in order to create deep, sustainable healing, you need to honor what happened from the time when you were blissfully existing with food, completely in the dark to all the harm of diet culture, to now. Unpacking each chapter of your complex history is the first step to healing your relationship with food.
Module 2: Mindset
Mindset is a major part of healing your relationship with food and body because it rewires your brain on a neural pathway level. If you've been trying to become an intuitive eater on your own -- reading the book, consuming content on IG, listening to my podcast -- and not having success, this is probably why. Without mindset work, any intuitive eating knowledge you gain is undermined because your brain is still wired with a diet mindset. In this step, you’ll learn to reject diet culture and undo the deeply embedded diet mindset you’ve inherited over the years.
Module 3: Reigniting Intuition
This pillar is, in a sense, the “meat” of the program, where you learn how to implement intuitive eating in your day-to-day life, harnessing your intuition to govern your eating behaviors. In this phase, you’ll learn how to communicate with your body in a new way, re-establishing the trust you need to know that your intuition won't lead you astray. You’ll also learn how to understand the language of your body — how to tell nuanced levels of hunger and fullness and how to understand cues for certain micro and macronutrients.
Module 4: Aligned Nutrition
Contrary to common misconceptions, Intuitive Eating is not just eating whatever you want. It is also about utilizing objective nutrition science to optimize how you want to feel in your body. Here you’ll learn easy-to-understand nutrition science so you can honor your body with gentle nutrition. Importantly, this is NOT like any nutrition education you’ve likely received before. This is objective, shame free nutrition information designed to equip you with the tools you need to honor your body. This step comes AFTER you reject diet mentality to ensure you’re ready to approach nutrition from a place of self-care, not self-control.
Module 5: Intuitive Living
Think of this pillar as “cross-training” for intuitive eating. The same way that a swimmer might
do land workouts to enhance their swimming skills, I suggest tapping into your intuition in other aspects of your life- such as movement, relationships, and work- to enhance intuitive eating tools. This helps the muscle of dropping into your body become strong and very reflexive, in all areas of life and with food.
Module 6: Body Image and Confidence Deep Dive
So often, our disordered relationship with food stems from an attempt to manipulate the size or shape of our body. This is why I believe we cannot talk about healing our relationship with food without talking about body image. In the body image pillar of this program, guest coach and body image expert, Molly Seifert, gives you all the tools and support you need to develop deep-rooted confidence… not the kind of superficial confidence that comes from your physical appearance.
“This program started as simply another purchase in a decades-long search for thinness and happiness. But I felt so weary from years of worthless purchases. I promised myself that this was the absolute last expense… and it was! I stopped binging! Never in a million years did I plan on removing sneak eating and binging from my life. Whenever I was angry or frustrated, I would retreat to my numerous hiding places and soothe myself with enormous amounts of candy. My shame would lead me to finish the container completely and eliminate all remnants of my guilt. Today, I have my box of happy food, lovingly available. I recognize the difference between emotions and true hunger. I no longer run to the store to buy diet pills and candy. My mood has stabilized. My relationships have improved. I did not cancel a doctor's appointment for fear of being weighed. My blood pressure dropped to teenage levels. If you’re thinking about joining this program, know that the twisting tortuous path of dieting and binging can be behind you. This will truly be the last purchase you ever make”.

BONUS Body Image Deep Dive Mini-Course. Let’s be honest, for most people, our disordered relationship with food stems from a disordered relationship with our body. We live in a world that is very fatphobic and image-centric, where certain types of bodies enjoy benefits that others do not. So it’s natural for us to have uncomfortable thoughts if we feel our body doesn’t match society’s “standard”. In The Return, we give you the tools to cope with these hard feelings about bodies so you don’t spiral. In the Body Image Deep Dive, a mini-course facilitated by Body Image Coach Molly Seifert, you’ll unpack the stories you’ve been telling yourself about bodies and reframe them, so you feel better equipped to navigate the world we share in alignment with your truth on bodies.
BONUS Body Confidence Mini-Course. Part of healing the relationship with your body involves stepping into a more confident version of yourself. This deep-rooted confidence comes from knowing your values and your gifts, versus the superficial confidence that comes from your physical appearance. In your second mini-course facilitated by Body Image Coach Molly Seifert, you will redefine what beauty, health, success, happiness, and confidence mean to YOU so you can use your authentic definitions and values as your North Star, instead of relying on diet culture’s definitions to guide you. It’s time to rediscover who you are and what you stand for, so you can stay rooted and grounded when difficult body image moments come up.
“I was looking to join because I felt out of control around food after restricting it for so long. I felt guilty after eating certain foods and so stressed about all food choices. I wanted to find peace with food choices, to stop the restrict binge cycle, and heal my relationship with food. The program was amazing -- perfectly set up to build as you go while also allowing space for things that can come up! I am so happy to say that my relationship with food has gotten so much better -- I eat for the way I want to feel in my body and don't feel guilty. This program is so much more than just food though, I went back and reworked thought patterns, explored body image, and so much more. The quality of my life has just soared. I have so much more energy for school and my friends and I'm living in a way that feels authentic to me.”

Just remember that your real job is that if you are free, you need to free somebody else. If you have some power, then your job is to empower somebody else. — Toni Morrison
Hi, I’m Leah Kern, RDN, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Truth-Seeker
When I heard the phrase Intuitive Eating during my first year at UVM, I was immediately intrigued. I got the book and immediately devoured it. The more I read, the more I realized… nothing in my life has ever been more true.
The Intuitive Eating framework showed me just how much I was living out of alignment with my values and with my truth. It helped me see that diet culture — with its constant pressure for perfection — was completely unsustainable and not worth the sacrifice.
Once I started implementing the framework in my life, there was an intrinsic knowing that this was it. That I had finally found not only my truth, but the truth.
Intuitive Eating taught me to rediscover the innate power and wisdom of my body, and eventually, learn to honor it.
I now live a more peaceful, aligned, fulfilling, and enriching life than I ever thought possible… and I want the same for you.
Now that I’ve personally experienced the freedom of Intuitive Eating and seen it transform dozens of clients’ lives, I simply feel that I have no other choice but to help you heal and find your power, your values, your truth.
I feel it’s my obligation to use my personal experience and professional training to set other truth-seekers free from diet culture… and with The Return, I’m on a mission to free as many people as possible.
“Every single Doctor told me I was ‘healthy’ — I gained the weight back, I got my period back, and I ate what most people consider a variety of foods. But I knew deep down that I was still missing out on life in many ways. I can proudly say that working with Leah gave me my life back — a life of fulfillment, a life of blocking out the noise of diet culture around me, a life connected to myself and the world — one that graciously begins when we acknowledge the beauty and strength of our bodies. Leah brings a beautiful, kind, knowledgeable, wise, and grounding presence. This work has connected me more to myself than ever before, it has been inspiring and empowering.”

Thoughtful questions are the sign of a truth-seeker. Let’s address yours.
This is a self-paced program and you have access to all the materials immediately upon purchase. You can start anytime you’re ready. FYI that although all content, including the bonus mini courses on Body Image and Body Confidence, will be unlocked immediately, I strongly recommend you work through the materials in order. They are designed intentionally to give you the smoothest path to success.
My approach, The Embodied Method, is the proven, evidence-based method I have been using for several years in my private practice to help clients heal their relationships with food and their bodies. Up until now, clients have only had the option to work with me 1:1 in a very high-touch, high-investment (of both time and money) capacity. I am on a mission to bring Intuitive Eating to as many people as possible. After seeing dozens of my clients have so much success with The Embodied Method, I wanted to find a way to capture the method in a more accessible format… which is how The Return was born. The testimonials you see on this page are from alumni of The Embodied Method, who use the exact same method that you’ll learn in The Return to experience peace with food.
Yes, via a monthly group coaching call that you will have access to for 6 months following your enrollment. Now, I know you might be thinking how is a group call going to give me 1:1 attention, which is a logical question. During our call, every participant who shows up or submits a question in advance will receive 1:1 hot-seat style coaching, where I’ll give you personalized attention, guidance, and answers to your questions.
Another totally valid concern, so hopefully, this will help ease it. Before each call, you’ll have the chance to submit your questions in advance. This way, if you know you can’t make it or if life happens, I’ll still coach you through your questions live even though you’re not there. All of our calls are recorded, so anytime you have to miss a call, know that you can watch the recording at your convenience.
This is an interesting question to answer because the truth is, everyone moves through their Intuitive Eating journey in different ways. The program is designed so you can work through it at your own pace in a way that works for you. Some of the videos are less than 5 minutes long, some are closer to 20 minutes. One week, you might do multiple videos a day… and the next, you might have a lot of reflection or worksheet integration to do, giving you less time for videos. I would say, in general, it will take most people 2-3 months to work through the program material. That said, you do have lifetime access to the video modules and program material so you can take as long as you need there. You do have access to group coaching calls for 6 months, to ensure you have plenty of time to go at the pace you need and still receive the support you need as you step into your new intuitive life.
As long as I have a Kartra account, am in business, and am still selling this program, you’ll have access to the materials and all future upgrades and enhancements. You’ll even be able to join the monthly group coaching calls for 6 months, even if you finish the content sooner.
There is no refund policy, all sales are final. When you sign up for this program, you will have immediate access to downloadable, copyrighted, and proprietary material. Do not purchase this program if you don’t intend to complete it because there are no refunds once you have access to the materials.
I understand. I’ve been duped by diet culture before too, and I know that when you’ve tried every diet and lifestyle plan under the sun, it can be hard to know what to trust. It’s completely valid to be concerned. Here’s the thing. Everything you've tried in the past is an outside set of rules you've been given to trust. Whether it was a diet telling you to trust a points system, calorie tracking app, good v bad food list, or strict schedules for eating… these diets all tether you to something outside of yourself. Your success in a diet depends on you sticking to their system, but their systems are never sustainable. Nobody can stick to them forever. The evidence on diets, and likely your own experience with them, proves this. With Intuitive Eating, you are not given anything outside of what you already have within you. You are not tethered to any sort of external rules or systems. In The Return, you won’t receive any sort of meal plan, rules, or eating protocols. Instead, you’ll learn how to return to honoring your own body’s power and wisdom. As you discover how to interpret your body’s wisdom and cues, in time you’ll know what you need for fuel and movement to feel good in your body. You won’t need anything external to you. Intuitive Eating is not a diet, which is why you won’t be “duped” again.
Again, I totally understand. To be honest, almost every client I’ve ever worked with, and there have been dozens at this point, have said that. And here’s the tiny bit of tough love that I always give in response — you are not the exception to the science. Yes, you read that right. You are not an exception to the science. You’re a human being. There are certain rules and laws about physiology, biology, and psychology that makes it impossible for diets to work. And these same principles of physiology, biology, and psychology are the reasons why Intuitive Eating works! But remember, Intuitive Eating is not a diet. It is based on evidence and science that demonstrates that you and your body ALREADY KNEW what to do with food, until diet culture got a hold of you. And this program simply removes all that diet culture debris, so you can return to what you already know. So you can return to your innate power and wisdom and experience peace with food. With the right tools and support, Intuitive Eating can work for you, too. You are not a unicorn.
Unlike in diet culture, I’m not going to make you any flashy promises about the guaranteed outcomes of this program. The bottom line is, I don’t have a crystal ball. I don’t know if you’re going to show up and do the work. I don’t know how your journey ends. What I do know, and what I’m extremely confident in based on seeing dozens of my clients go through this process, and based on the robust body of research on Intuitive Eating, is that with the right tools and support, you can heal your relationship with food and your body. You can stop the binging. You can quiet the incessant and unhelpful thoughts. You can stop feeling so gross after a night out with friends. You can start going to events and being present for them. You can stop letting your days be dictated by how “good” or “bad” you’re being with food. You can live a life where food is not the enemy — where it’s nourishment, connection, and joy. Food can be fun and satisfying instead of stressful. And you can live a life in alignment with your values and your truth, instead of the one diet culture is trying to force feed you. You CAN find peace again. I believe that with my whole heart, and would be honored to help you discover that for yourself if you’re ready to do the work.
I get this one too, friend. It feels like collectively, we’ve all had a lot going on for years. That’s valid. Also valid is the feedback that I consistently get from clients is that the one thing they regret is not starting sooner. You can absolutely wait to heal your relationship with food… but you don’t have to. You can start taking steps toward healing right now. The fact is, there’s never a right time or perfect time to start working on your relationship with food or your body. But here’s a fun thought to consider, what would life look like right now, even acknowledging all that you have going on, if obsessive food thoughts, binging, and body shame spirals were NOT a part of the picture?
You’re an ideal fit for The Return if you’ve been doing a lot of research and contemplating about Intuitive Eating, but you now recognize that you need an A to Z process. You’ve likely dieted or restricted for years, if not decades, and you’re desperately searching for answers because you know intuitively that dieting is just not for you anymore. You’re a good fit if you like the idea of a self-paced program where you can do this very deep and personal work in a time and space that works well for you. You’re also a good fit if you’ve been following my content for a while and know that we’re aligned in terms of our goals and values — but you’ve always felt like my full 1:1 program was too “something” — whether it was too much money, too much of a time commitment, too robust, too personal for the nature of this work. Lastly, you’re a good fit for this program if you feel a strong connection to rejecting diet culture on a social justice level. If you know that you don’t want to contribute to things like fatphobia, the elitist element of wellness culture, or the bs hierarchy of bodies, but aren’t sure how to divest from that, then this program will absolutely be a great fit for you.
This is an important question and I want to be really clear: THIS IS NOT a weight-loss program. The evidence shows us that there is no ethical way to achieve weight loss long-term or sustainably. 95% of people who pursue intentional weight loss gain it all back in 5 years, if not more. Also, the current body research strongly shows that weight is not an indicator of health, so given that I’m rooted in the evidence, it’s not within my ethics to focus on weight loss. All that said, I also want to be clear that it’s not that you can't have weight loss as a desire. We live in a fatphobic culture and there are privileges and benefits that come with being in a small body. It’s natural to want that and I will never try to invalidate that or say it’s not something you should want. But, people who are an ideal fit for The Return usually are driven by something other than weight loss. They want more brain space, more flexibility and spontaneity in life, more fulfillment, more peace. Most of them recognize that if weight loss happens, that’s okay, but they’re willing and able to put weight loss on the back burner for now… knowing if they accomplish their other goals they’ll feel good regardless of any weight loss.
Well, hopefully the last question made it pretty obvious that anyone who is solely focused on weight loss is not a good fit for this program. Similarly, anyone who is just looking for a rigid meal plan or point system or set of rules that tell you what you can or can’t do is not a good fit… as that would be a diet, and this program is not a diet. In this program, you will learn how to intuitively know within yourself what your body needs for fuel and movement, and I’ll give you tools to recognize that and learn that within yourself. But this is not another outside set of rules to tether yourself to in order to be successful so that's why I don’t give out workout plans or meal plans. When we do a nutrition deep dive, I will give you some ideas and inspiration on how to build satisfying meals, but they’re exactly that, ideas and inspiration. Lastly, for someone who wants a very hands-on, robust level of 1:1 support, this is not the ideal program for you and you’d be better served applying to my 1:1 program, The Embodied Method. You can email me at email@example.com and I’d be happy to send you the application. While you will absolutely receive 1:1 attention on our group coaching calls, it’s just not the same as the high-touch support in The Embodied Method, so if that’s what you think you need to be successful, send me an email.
Absolutely. Truth-seekers of all body types, abilities, and social identities are seen, protected, and welcomed here. No one is immune to the dangers of diet culture which is why I proudly serve clients across the gender spectrum. Men and nonbinary folks in particular are grossly underserved in the Intuitive Eating space, and I hope to change that narrative. If you read this page and feel like it speaks to you, you are welcome here.
I got you covered. Just email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and let’s talk about it.
“Before joining this program, I was looking to achieve getting to a place where there were no more binges, no more guilt associated with certain foods, and I wanted to have more knowledge about what food could do for me, as opposed to do 'to' me. My experience in the program was eye-opening. My life has completely changed. I achieved everything I wanted to - and more. I not only was able to stop my binging (I can't even remember when my last binge was), but I was also able to get to a place where food is not a topic that haunts me. Physically, I feel great. I don't get stomach aches from binging, and I eat for how my body wants to eat. I don't stress about what I eat, when I eat, or who I am eating in front of. There is no guilt associated with any types of food. The mindset shift of being able to eat for how I want to feel, with the freedom to not stress about what I intuitively want and need in that moment, has given me so much freedom. More than that, though, the work brought me to a place where I live my entire life more intuitively as well. When it comes to movement, sleep, and even social plans - I make decisions confidently and intuitively. The greatest part of this change is the proof that it actually makes me feel better - and you get that proof immediately when I hone in and listen to my body's cues. The results of feeling good, enjoying food, movement, and life more are what keep me continuing the change after the program ended. If you're on the fence, I'll just say this. Trust your intuition. If you're at a place in your life where you think this could help you - then it will help you! Leah’s program will not only bring you food freedom; it will also bring you closer to your truest self. You will become more confident and intuitive in your everyday life.”
